Once you take the trial session, the trainer will guide you to position your phone or laptop at an angle where they can see your postures. This allows them to correct you as needed, ensuring effective training.

To see a significant change and improvement in issues, it's recommended to commit to at least 6-9 months of consistent training.
Ensure you have a phone or laptop with a good internet connection, Bluetooth headphones if available, a water bottle, yoga mat, and a hand towel.

We assess your specific issues before creating a plan. For example, if you have knee pain, we consider your history and exercise dos and don'ts to tailor the plan accordingly.

Progress is tracked through tangible metrics like inch-loss and workout performance (reps, sets, weights) and intangible improvements like better sleep, energy levels, and daily activity ease.

After filling out the Member Registration form, the nutritionist will create a plan based on your input. We'll review the plan in a video call, and you'll send meal photos and step counts daily in a WhatsApp group, with weekly follow-ups.

If needed, we will involve our experts to address your specific dietary restrictions or health concerns, ensuring your plan is suitable for you.
